It streamlines file management tasks by allowing users to create a list of files from multiple folders and perform various actions on them. It is a small utility that will enable you to create a file list from various folders and then take some action on them—modify their created/modified/accessed time, change their file attribute (Read Only, Hidden, System), run an executable with these files as parameters, and copy/cut paste into Explorer.
