DLL Relocation Finder

Dynamic-Link Libraries, or DLLs, are pivotal in the Windows operating system. These files contain code and data that multiple applications can use simultaneously, thus conserving memory and promoting efficient operation. The challenge arises when another DLL or system resource occupies this specified base address. In such cases, the DLL in question must be relocated to a new base address, a process known as DLL Relocation or DLL Rebasing. It is not rare, as it happens for modules with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) enabled. ASLR is a security feature that randomizes the base address of system DLLs and executables, making it more difficult for malicious actors to exploit known memory locations.
